The Mound Ranch is a large property that is mostly open native pasture land with about 600 acres of farmland. The property has 8,807.38 feet of frontage on the south line of County Road 18 and 2,927.88 feet of frontage on the east line of County Road 20. The property is perimeter and cross fenced. It is centrally crossed in a northeast/southwest fashion by a pipeline corridor. The property has been used for farming and ranching for many years.
