The Eagle Nest is a generally rectangular shaped property at the southwest corner of County Road 25 and County Road 24. County Road 24 is also known as Jack Phillips ranch Road and is a paved county road. The property has about 4,950 feet of frontage on County Road 24 and about 739 feet of frontage on County Road 25. The property is mostly open native pastureland with large scattered trees. Eagle Nest lake forms a portion of the southwest corner of this property and the ranch has a small marshy area in this location. This portion of the property serves as a haven for a variety of wildlife including whitetail deer and hogs.
